Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026This policy explains what personal information Lychee Style, run by Careese Quon (“I,” “me”), collects through lycheestyle.com, how I use it, and your choices. I don't sell your personal information.
1.What I collect
- Inquiry form: your name, email, brand, and message.
- Orders: the name and email you enter, your Amazon listing link, and the Link in Bio option you choose.
- Payment details: you enter these directly with Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
- Materials you send: product photos, videos, selling points, and related emails.
- Website data: Squarespace may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring site through cookies and analytics. The sales page also remembers your language choice (English or Chinese) in your browser's local storage.
2.How I use it
I use your information to reply to inquiries, process orders and payments, create and post your promotion, send messages about your order, keep business and tax records, prevent fraud, and improve my website. I won't send you marketing emails unless you ask for them.
3.Who I share it with
I share information only with the service providers I need to run my business:

Your promotion is public once posted, including your product, brand name, and Amazon link. I may also share information if the law requires it or to protect my rights.
4.How long I keep it
I keep inquiry messages for up to 2 years. I keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically 7 years. I keep your product materials for up to 2 years after your promotion, and you can ask me to delete them sooner.
5.Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing careese.quon@gmail.com. I'll respond within 45 days and may need to confirm your identity first.
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what I collect, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. I don't sell or share personal information for advertising, and I won't treat you differently for using these rights. If you live elsewhere, including the EU or UK, I'll honor the rights your local law gives you.
6.Cookies
Squarespace uses cookies to run the site and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.
7.Security
I use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payments are handled by Stripe's secure checkout. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
8.Children
My services are for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9.Changes
I may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
